“Have you ever seen those movies where the heroine wakes up and suddenly she finds herself someplace completely strange & maybe doesn’t even remember her name?? Well, I can relate. Honestly my past is just a blur until a few days ago, when somehow I wound up at a car wash on the side of a busy highway. Would one of the customers help me get home? But nobody seemed interested in a little Golden girl… so… “Maybe I should try the other side of the street?” I wondered. No sooner thought of, than done—and I darted right across the road, four lanes of traffic.

Well, now for the amazing part. I’m here to tell you that angels really do exist. Turns out a wonderful lady was driving by at just that moment, and, looking in her rearview mirror, she saw me making my mad dash. “that dog is going to get hurt,” she thought—and promptly took the next exit, made a U-turn, and came to get me. Well I’m no dummy, and a good judge of character too! I jumped right in.

And that’s how my new life began….”

Lucky London! Lost and on the highway—that’s not a good spot, but for her, it was the right place at the right time, as her rescuer just happened to be there, too. At just over 50 pounds, the fluffy 1-year-old redhead is sturdy and healthy and playful. She is curious and lovable and playful and gets along super with other dogs. She loves her walks and her tennis balls.

After spay surgery and recuperation, this pretty Golden dymamo will be ready for an active home who will give her lots of attention, and training… and they’d better be fast on their feet to keep up with her!
