Update 7/8/12: 

Soft eyes, soft fur, and a soft personality to match. Little Naomi was so stressed at the pound she kept her tail tucked and wouldn’t even take a liver treat! Once she made it out the doors and into the car, she started to relax—but this petite 55-pounder is still a dainty, shy Goldie who needs time and gentle, positive support to build her self-confidence.

She seems perfectly comfortable indoors and has attempted to counter surf, but luckily for the contents of the kitchen she is just not quite tall enough to snag any goodies!

A sweet-natured little miss, Naomi didn’t have a clue what a toy was when she arrived in her foster home. She wasn’t sure about grooming, either, but behaved like the lady she is. She’s fine with other dogs and would love to play with them, but her foster brothers and sister just aren’t that interested (duds!).

We’re still getting to know Naomi, but right now we think she’d be great for an at-home couple or person in a calm household who could give her lots of time and love. And she’d really like to have a doggie pal to play with, too!
