Sarah
Sarah, age 2
Available
Update 6/18/12:
When we found out that Sarah was at the pound, our
volunteer Pat dashed in to meet her and fired off a quick text:
She is a doll and 100% GR
Stray so we have no info at all on history
She has had at least one litter
Some pretty bad mats on her belly
Eyeliner is good
No blaze on chest
No socks on feet
No spots on tongue
I coud touch her anywhere and did
She is bunking with another dog and doing well
Staff loves her and was delighted to see Rescue in the
lobby
That about sums it up! Sarah is a great dog, and aside
from a mild eye infection, she’s a healthy girl, too! After a stop at the clinic
for spay surgery, she moved into a foster home. She was a little droopy for a
day, but then, “She’s starting to perk up and act more alert. Loves attention.
When asked to perform DOWN, she puts her front legs and head on the floor
but keeps her bottom up. Very
funny. I guess that's the true
Downward Dog pose in yoga!”
It didn’t take foster mom long to decide that Sarah was
a keeper – the adoption will be finalized this week!
