Griffin

Updated 4/25/11

Griffin is matched to his forever home and is not available, but be on the lookout for more like him!

“We have a young (about 1 old) male Golden that came in as a stray.  His hold time is up today and we is ready to go to rescue.  He is not neutered.  He is very outgoing and friendly.  He came in with a small poodle-type dog & they get on great. I attached a photo of this lovely boy.”

Talk about a million dollar smile! You can tell from that Golden grin that he’s the soul of good nature. All he needed was a name, and “Just call him Goofy Griffin!” said volunteer Bev after meeting the charming young lad. He’s a typical bouncy young Golden: prances around, jumps, pulls on the leash, splashes & rolls in water, gives kisses, gets distracted, makes friends with everyone he meets, makes you laugh. “Whee! Life is a blast.”

This happy guy is already matched up to his forever home:

“Everything is going great with Griffin!  What a sweetie!!  Sticks by us like glue..... even walked into the shower and was a little reluctant to come out!  He loved meeting our children from college and loved all the  attention.  He met our dog, cat, a frog, a calf and was very funny and inquisitive.  Griffin is still a puppy when it’s time to play but is very calm and good inside.  Loves to sleep by our bed and sleeps all through the night!  Is it possible to just start the adoption process now?  We are all crazy about him!!”

We look forward to hearing all about his exploits in the months and years to come.
